Newlands Open-Concept Kitchen Remodel
This townhouse kitchen used to have a wall that made it dark and cramped. We reconfigured the floorplan to open things up and add natural light, making full use of the room’s vaulted ceilings and skylights. We built custom cherry wood cabinets and installed undercabinet lighting, then added soapstone countertops and vinyl plank flooring. Chautauqua Spa Bathroom Remodel
We started by gutting the old vintage 70’s bathroom and removing the overhead soffits to create more space. We then added luxury upgrades like a walk-in shower with bench seating, niche storage, and three separate showerheads, radiant heated floors, a heated toilet, custom cabinetry, floating shelves, and a dimmable LED mirror. Design, Selections, & Pre-Construction
We create a custom design, or work with your preferred designer, and provide detailed renderings to give you an idea of how the finished space will look. We help you choose materials, fixtures, and appliances. We coordinate permitting, custom orders, demolition, and preparation, and give you a realistic project timeline.
In-Home Consultation & Planning
We’ll look at your space in person and take measurements, talk about materials, and discuss whether or not your project needs permits. We then follow up with a fixed-price estimate, free of charge.
Construction & Final Walkthrough
You’ll have a designated project manager who will be on call to discuss with you what’s happening throughout the project. We give you access to our construction management app so you can see our daily logs and project plans. You’ll be aware of necessary changes or fixes before the final walkthrough, so the finished result will be something you love.
