If you choose to provide your own fixtures or appliances, we’ll coordinate with you to make sure they are delivered on time and meet the project specifications. Please note that client-supplied items may not be covered under our warranty.

Once we sign a contract and finalize your selections, your project price is locked in for those specified materials. However, if you request material changes after selections are made — or if a chosen product becomes unavailable and a replacement is needed — there may be a cost adjustment.
