Turning a Long-Forgotten Bathroom into a Luxury
After living with a dated 1970s guest bathroom for more than a decade, this homeowner decided retirement was the right time to finally create the space of her dreams. We reconfigured the room for better flow, replaced a cramped tub with a walk-in shower and bench, added radiant heated floors, and replaced a dark closet with built-in custom storage.
Making a First-Time Homeowner’s House All Her Own
The vaulted ceilings and skylights were already there, but a dividing wall left this Newlands townhome's kitchen dark, cramped, and disconnected from the living space. Opening the floorplan allowed natural light to reach both rooms, while custom cherry cabinetry, light flooring, and carefully finished details created an aesthetic worthy of its artistic owner.
Creating a Retirement-Worthy Kitchen
This North Boulder kitchen was redesigned with retirement living in mind. The project focused on making everyday use easier while giving the homeowners considerably more organized storage. Expansive custom cabinetry, integrated appliance panels, improved work areas, and carefully planned storage turned the kitchen into a highly functional space tailored to the homeowners’ needs.
