Tim and Grace’s basement was missing a key element: a bathroom. We reimagined the space by borrowing square footage from their large two-car garage, making room for a comfortable, well-designed bathroom.

At the top of their wish list was a soaking tub, which we made the focal point. To elevate the space, we introduced varied wall tile patterns for visual interest and added custom touches like a built-in shower niche and a glass-shelved alcove for their favorite decor.

With thoughtful design and careful use of space, we created a bathroom that feels refined and complete. Tim and Grace couldn’t be happier with the results.
